RockArmour™ PipeWrap
ROCKARMOUR™ PipeWrap is a pipeline protection material composed of a needle punched nonwoven geotextile manufactured from polypropylene fibers. RockArmour PipeWrap is inert to biological degradation and resists naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. It protects pipeline coatings during installation and backfill operations without interfering with cathodic protection.

* 35 lbs of limestone coarse aggregate, gradation No. 67, dropped at a height of 6 ft, 10 drops each. After each drop it is verified that the polymer coating on the pipe has no visual signs of damage followed by confirmation using a holiday detector. Aggregate is changed every 5 drops.
